01. What are the shipping costs?

All orders over $100 (inc. GST) are shipped free.  Orders $100 and under are charged a flat rate of $12 per order

02. When will my purchased products be shipped?

Properly completed orders will be despatched as soon as possible, either on the same day the order is placed or the next business day.  Orders are properly completed after credit card authorisations are obtained and the delivery address is confirmed. In addition reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.  Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled.
We are happy to post items to multiple addresses.  Orders to multiple addresses must be placed separately.  

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.  We are closed major holidays: New Years Day, Australia Day, Easter, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday, Labour Day and at Christmas - please see our closing dates below.

03. When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times depend, of course, on the destination of the parcel and the selected transportation method. All parcels are shipped from Brabantia Australia's warehouse in Sydney. After credit card verification, your order will be delivered by Global Premium Brands within 2-5 working days. 

04. What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

No problem. If you have chosen for (home) delivery the driver will leave a card in your mailbox. Usually the card will indicate the nearest Post Office where you goods can be collected.

05. Can I track my order?

You can track the delivery of your current order on - the tracking number can be found on your Global Premium Brands invoice emailed to you at time of order confirmation.

06. What should I do if my parcel is damaged, of if it contains the wrong product?

In case something went wrong with your order, please contact us through our contact form. If possible, please provide us your order number. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

07. On what days is the Brabantia warehouse facility closed?

To ensure your delivery arrives before Christmas we suggest you place your order on or before Sunday 16th December.
Orders placed after the 16th but prior to 12:00pm midday on Friday 21st December will still be processed and despatched ASAP.
Orders received after midday on the 21st December will not be processed until our offices reopen on Wednesday 2nd January
